Spring tasting at Café Soleil, Amsterdam

As the days are getting longer and the weather is (mostly) nice outside, we invited Alessandro Poretti , the cheerful winemaker of Valli Unite , to support us during our spring tasting. Our friends from Café Soleil in Amsterdam-Noord took the liberty of letting us taste the wines outside in their lovely garden – weather permitting.
Between 12:00 and 17:00 we will let you taste more than 30 (spring) wines from the Zuivere portfolio, including wines from Olivier Cousin , Domaine de la Borde , Justine & Patrick Bouju , Les Valseuses , Maria & Sepp Muster and Thibaud Capellaro . Alessandro will also bring the entire Valli Unite range, including the new vintages of Bianchino , Derthona , Terragno , Marmote and both bubbles that we received in April.

Slow Food Lunch at Pianeta Terra, Amsterdam
Sunday May 11 – 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Since Alessandro is in town a few days before the tasting, we thought it would be a great opportunity to connect two official Slow Food institutions – Valli Unite and Pianeta Terra . During an extensive lunch at Pianeta Terra, we serve a number of classics from Valli Unite.
Chef Fabio cooks a menu inspired by the working methods, craftsmanship and rural character of the Valli Unite farm. As you would expect from a Slow Food restaurant, only sustainable, local ingredients are used. The menu costs €89.50 for a four-course meal including matching wines.
