About the winemaker
Natalino Del Prete stands as one of the most traditional, old-school winemakers in Puglia a region often recognized for its industrial-scale production of low-cost bulk wine. Natalino is a true outlier: his family-run vineyard has been organically certified since 1994, he works exclusively with local, indigenous grape varieties, and, perhaps most notably, he has always cultivated his land on a small scale, relying on extremely old vines.

About the vineyard
Every grape on Natalino’s estate is picked by hand, and no additives are ever used not even a hint of sulphur at bottling. Today, his organic vineyards cover approximately ten hectares, with Primitivo and Negroamaro making up the majority of the plantings. Smaller parcels are dedicated to Aleatico and Malvasia Nera.

About the wines
Natalino’s approach is as old school as it gets and you can taste it in every bottle. These are earnest, rustic, unpretentious country wines, naturally crafted for enjoyment any day of the year.
